At One Vision Housing we are committed to empowering our communities and all those that live in them. Improving the quality of life for our residents is one of our key aims and the Disability  Equality Scheme (below) sets out our plans to make sure that those with disabilities can take full advantage of the services that we offer.

Through engagement and consultation we have identified key areas for development and our scheme puts emphasis on service delivery, accessibility, involvement in decision making, training, communication and employment. In the months ahead we will be putting into practice what you, our customers and stakeholders have identified as your priorities and aiming to find out what you really want from our services. Along with our partners in all sectors of public life, we will endeavour to meet these expectations.
