One Vision Housing

The latest winners in the One Vision Housing quarterly Clear Rent Account Competition have been announced.

Mr and Mrs Stromberg from Daley Road, Litherland were chosen at random from amongst the thousands of OVH tenants who had a clear rent account on the day of the draw.

The competition includes 4 draws per year, with each one giving tenants the chance to win £300.

It has been specifically designed to encourage and reward consistent rent payment amongst tenants by providing real incentive to tenants to keep their rent accounts up to date.

The scheme, which has also been designed to be self-financing, is expected to generate real increases in rent receipts, whilst reducing rent arrears and increasing tenant satisfaction.

To qualify, customers must have a clear rent account on the day of the draw.

The cheque presentation was made to Mr and Mrs Stromberg at One Vision Housing Headquarters at Daniel House, Bootle by OVH Chief Executive Roy Williams.

Mr Stromberg said: “We are overjoyed that we have won this money and we think that this competition is a really great idea. It is wonderful that One Vision Housing rewards those people who make sure that they pay their rent on time.”

Roy Williams said: “Whilst it is necessary for One Vision Housing to take action against those tenants who fail to ensure their rent is paid, we feel it is equally important to acknowledge those tenants who do take their rent seriously.

“We believe this scheme offers a positive reward and incentive to such tenants and we would like to pass on our congratulations to Mr and Mrs Stromberg and thank them and all those tenants who ensure that they keep their rent accounts in order.”
