One Vision Housing

 The Corporate Plan (2008-2011) outlines the vision, mission, and aims of One Vision Housing (OVH) leading up to March 2011.

The aim and purpose of producing this Corporate Plan is to establish the direction of OVH over its first three years of operation. Supporting this document are a number of Divisional and Team Plans, which in turn, to ensure everyone at OVH is working together towards the same goals.

The common theme running through the plan is the delivery of services which place the customer at the centre, based on equality and value for money, recognising that our business is much more than renting houses, it is about embracing diversity in the community and pride in neighbourhoods.

The plan sets out how this will be achieved, by whom, how achievements will be measured and how the plan will be monitored and updated.
