One Vision Housing

The Freedom of Information Act gives a general right of access to all types of information held by One Vision housing. One Vision Housing has voluntarily adopted these principles.

From January 2005 any person who makes a request to an organisation for information must be informed whether the organisation holds that information and whether it is subject to any exemptions.

A  Publication Scheme is a guide to the information that One Vision Housing routinely publishes or intends to routinely publish in the future.

Under s.19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 public authorities have a duty to specify what classes of information they publish, how the information is made available, and whether it is free of charge or available upon payment.
