This Charter is important. You can use the Charter to find out what you can expect and check that you are getting the service you should be getting.

The Charter applies to you if you are applying for a home or are already a tenant leaseholder, shared owner, or licensee of a housing association that is registered with the Housing Corporation and your home has been provided with the aid of public funding.
