One Vision Housing

The Chief Executive of One Vision Housing is responsible for: 

• Managing One Vision Housing in accordance with its values and objectives and general policies and specific decisions of the Board.
• Helping the Board determine One Vision Housing's policies and strategy.
• Drawing the attention of the Board to matters that it should consider and decide.
• Ensuring that the Board is given the information necessary  to carry out its duties and in particular that the Board receives advice on matters concerning compliance with its rules, the law and the need to remain solvent..
• Ensuring that proper systems of control are established and maintained.
• Supervising with guidance of the Chair, the preparation of documents for consideration by the Board
• Helping the Chair ensure the Business of the Board is properly conducted.
• Leading and managing the staff of One Vision Housing, ensuring their performance is appraised. 
• Appointing and managing staff within the budget approved by the Board and ensuring that the equal opportunities policy of One Vision Housing is applied to all staff recruitment.
• Representing One Vision Housing on occasions.
