At One Vision we aim to give choice to people as to where they live. In order to do this we have a Choice Based Lettings Scheme called Home Search .
One Vision Housing lets it property through a Choice Based Lettings System. This involves registering a form with One Vision Housing and having the application assessed for Housing Need. More about Choice Based Lettings

From 4th June, 2007 One Vision Housing has worked in partnership with Arena Housing.
From 1st October 2008 the provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) will be compulsory for all One Vision Housing properties made available through Choice Based Lettings. For further information please see the Energy Performance Certificate page on this website.
One Vision Housing and Arena share a list for rehousing. We are also working closely with other registered social landlords across Sefton to carry out the nominations on behalf of Sefton Council.
All vacant Arena Housing property in the Sefton Area are advertised through the Home Search choice based lettings service.
All properties are advertised each week in the local papers and on the Home Search part of this website.
