At One Vision we aim to provide maximum choice to people as to where they live. In order to do so we operate a Choice Based Lettings Scheme called Home Search .

One Vision Housing lets it property through a Choice Based Lettings System. Choice Based Lettings involves registering a form with the Housing Department and having the application assessed for Housing Need. More about  Choice Based Lettings

One Vision Housing currently has over 11,000 properties . The area we cover runs along the coast from Southport in the North of our area to Bootle in the South, and Crosby in the West to Maghull in the East. Our Houses

From 4th June, 2007 One Vision Housing will be working in partnership with Arena Housing.

From this date One Vision Housing and Arena will no longer operate separate waiting lists for rehousing. To provide customers with more choice and to offer more integrated and efficient service both organisations have agreed to provide one integrated service through One Vision Housing's Home Search List. We are also working closely with other registered social landlords across Sefton to carry out the nominations on behalf of Sefton Council.

All vacant Arena Housing property in the Sefton Area will now be advertised through  the Home Search choice based lettings service.

This will be advertised each week in the local papers and on the Home Search part of this website.

All individuals currently on a waiting list with Arena Housing will be transferred on to the Home Search list providing them with a much wider choice of vacancies to apply for within Sefton Borough.

If you have been registered with Arena you should have recently received a Home Search application form, details of the scheme and what you need to do next.
