One Vision Housing has seven purpose built sheltered schemes at; Orrell Lodge, St Johns Court, Finlay Court, Fernley Grange, Kenyons Lodge, Mill Spring Court and North Park Court. These have self contained flats with a Scheme Manager

The Scheme Manager act as "good neighbours" keeping a friendly eye on the tenant's welfare. They are not employed to carry out nursing, or other tasks like shopping. In sheltered schemes tenants can join in some of the communal activities, or just keep themselves to themselves, whichever they prefer.

We also have a number of properties throughout our area where a Scheme Manager allocated to the properties offers the same service.
