Welcome to the Resident Involvement webpage. Here at One Vision Housing we want to put you, the customer at the heart of everything we do. By getting involved you can play an important role in helping One Vision Housing to deliver a service which meets your needs.
As the Resident Involvement Manager, it is my job to make sure that all residents are encouraged to put forward their views on the services we provide. By 'Getting Involved' we don't just mean attending meetings, we understand that you may not have the time, so we offer lots of different ways to get involved.
How can I get involved?
Do you wish you had a say before a decision is made? This is your chance. By listening to you we can improve our services to meet your needs. We realise that your time is precious and we want to help you decide if you want to get involved and work out which way would suit you best.
