One Vision Housing

To encourage tenants to keep a clear rent account One Vision Housing runs a quarterly prize draw.

With up to £1,200 up for grabs - it makes sense to keep your rent account up to date!

The Clear Rent Account Draw is designed to encourage and reward consistent rent payment amongst tenants and includes four draws per year, with each one giving tenants the chance to win £300.

Competition Information

• All One Vision Housing tenants are eligible for the draw providing they have a clear rent account on the day of the draw
• The decision of One Vision Housing is final in relation to this competition
• This competition includes four draws per year

The latest winners were Mr and Mrs Stromberg from Litherland who were presented with their cheques by OVH Chief Executive Roy Williams. Mr Stromberg said: "We are overjoyed that we have won this money and we think that this competition is a really great idea. It is wonderful that One Vision Housing rewards those people who make sure that they pay their rent on time."

Roy Williams said: "Whilst it is necessary for One Vision Housing against those tenants who fail to ensure their rent is paid, we feel it is equally important to acknowledge those tenants who do take their rent seriously.

"We believe this scheme offers a positive reward and incentive to such tenants and we would like to pass on our congratulations to Mr and Mrs Stromberg and thank them and all those tenants who ensure that they keep their rent accounts in order."
