In it you will find details about your Customer Liaison Advisor, about what the work to your home will involve and what is expected of you.
There is also lots information about keeping you, your children and your pets safe and comfortable during the work and how you can give us your feedback once it has been completed.
We also produce a quarterly newsletter - Investment News, which is dedicated to the investment programme. It is packed full of useful details and up to date information.
