Emergency Repairs (Out of Hours)
One Vision Housing’s emergency out of hours repairs service is managed by TBR. The service is operational between 5-30pm and 8am during weekdays and operates 24 hours a day during weekends and Bank Holidays. You can report an emergency repair by telephoning 0845-140-1234.
A call out and repair charge may be payable in certain cases. An example of this would be if you lose your keys or lock yourself out.
Gas repairs should still be reported to Enterprise on: 0800-521-660.
Suspected gas leaks should be reported to Transco immediately on 0800-111-999.
