One Vision Housing

Once you have accepted a property, you will be required to sign a tenancy agreement. This is a legal document between you and One Vision.

The tenancy agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities as your landlord.

The tenancy agreement will be explained in full to you when you sign for the tenancy. During the sign up, any necessary arrangements will be made for you to move in. We will advise you of your responsibility to arrange a gas, water and electricity supply and provide useful contact numbers.

If you are on benefit, we will complete a Housing Benefit form with you. You will be offered an appointment with our Welfare Rights Advisor.
