Welcome to One Vision Housing's corporate plan for the period 2011 - 2016.

Welcome to One Vision Housing’s Corporate Plan for the period April 2011 through to March 2016. This plan sets out the strategic direction of the organisation for the next five year period and provides an overarching framework to ensure that we harness and focus our efforts and resources on those activities that will impact most positively in our communities and on the lives of our customers.

Our Corporate Plan builds on the foundations of the many remarkable achievements that have been made in recent years, including the delivery of our £200m Decent Homes Programme and the delivery of our Offer Document promises to tenants, both of which were prerequisites to the establishment of OVH in October 2006. However, whilst we do not underestimate the significant work undertaken to date, we know that we will face many new challenges and difficult decisions over the period of this Corporate Plan as we strive to continue to continuously improve in an ever more demanding and dynamic operating environment.

This plan is ambitious and seeks to incorporate the aspirations of the OVH Board and the priorities of our customers, both today and into the future. Our customers and our dedicated people inform all of our activities which are underpinned by our core values. Additionally, we recognise that in order to be successful we cannot operate in isolation and therefore at the heart of this plan is an ongoing commitment to working with partners at a local, regional and national level for the benefit of our communities.

In summary, this plan sets out our key strategic aims, objectives and specific priorities over the next five years, and contains broad expenditure plans for the same period. It is complemented by our detailed Service Delivery Plans and is further supported by other key documents, all of which set out specifically what we will do to deliver innovative, value for money services that consistently meet/exceed our customers’ expectations.
