How our performance compares
One Vision Housing is constantly striving to improve the service which we provide to our customers. In order to improve performance we have put Performance Indicators and Service Standards in place, these have been agreed with our customers, whose views are taken into account in the results of our Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
How do we compare to other housing providers, though? Are we providing a competitive service to our customers?
Benchmarking is a tool which we use to answer these questions; it involves us comparing our performance with other housing associations, similar to One Vision Housing. By viewing our performance against their performance we are able to compare how well we are actually performing in comparison to other housing associations, and identify where we need to improve.
Also, we can learn from others, improving the way we work by setting new goals for future performance, and easily identify areas for future improvement and change.
Please follow the link on the right to view the latest Benchmarking results.
