ASB and your tenancy
A tenancy agreement is a legal document between tenant and landlord. As part of this agreement both parties have rights and responsibilities, some of which relate to nuisance, harassment and other forms of anti-social behaviour.
Please refer to your own tenancy for full rules. Any breach in the tenancy rules could result in legal action taken out on the tenancy holder.
