If you have been affected by anti-social behaviour (ASB) and would like further support or advice you can contact us in the following ways:
- Call our Customer Service Centre on 0300 365 1111
- Write to or visit your local Neighbourhood Office
- Email us on enquiries@ovh.org.uk
Please know that any information given to OVH in confidence will not be passed to the alleged perpetrator unless you give your consent.
Information may be shared with partner organisations where this is appropriate and allowed by legislation (specifically the Data Protection Act 1998 and Crime and Disorder Act 1998) or where this is felt to be necessary to protect the public interest.
