What is anti-social behaviour?
Anti-social behaviour (ASB) is any aggressive, intimidating or destructive activity that damages or destroys another person's quality of life.
ASB can take many forms, including but not limited to:
- Noise nuisance such as loud music and shouting
- Intimidation & harassment
- Racial or other discriminatory harassment / hate crime
- Nuisance caused by pets including dog fouling
- Aggressive and threatening language and behaviour
- Violence against people and property
- Using homes to sell drugs, or for other unlawful purposes
- Nuisance from vehicles
- Alcohol related nuisance
- Domestic violence, abuse or neglect
- Dumping or fly tipping
- Overgrown gardens
- Misuse of communal areas
